These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pelegrin courier and parcel delivery services operated by UNITED KINGDOM ONLINE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15654180), with its registered office at 447 Stockport Road West, Bredbury, Stockport, SK6 2BS (“we”, “us”, or “Pelegrin”). By using our services or website you agree to these terms.
Pelegrin provides domestic and international parcel collection and delivery services. Service availability, transit times, and pricing are displayed on our website and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment at our discretion.
All bookings must be made via our website or authorised channels. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards. Quotations are valid for 24 hours from issue.
The following items are prohibited: cash, hazardous materials, explosives, illegal substances, firearms, perishable goods (unless agreed in writing), and items exceeding our published size and weight limits. We reserve the right to inspect parcels where we have reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited contents.
Customers are responsible for adequate packaging. Items must be packed to withstand normal handling. We accept no liability for damage arising from inadequate packaging. Fragile items must be clearly marked and suitably protected.
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable attempts to deliver to the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed, we will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection. Parcels uncollected after 5 working days may be returned to sender.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or £50 per parcel, unless additional cover has been purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. We accept no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to adverse weather, strikes, or acts of God.
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. You must retain all original packaging for inspection. To make a claim, contact us at info@pelegrin.co.uk.
Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 2 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations after this point may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UNITED KINGDOM ONLINE LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
